Stage 1: Swimming, approx. 500 meters
Required equipment: a safety element: buoy, life vest or mattress.
Additionally allowed: wetsuits, fins and others.
Other required equipment can be left in transition area A and collected after the swimming stage.

Transition Zone A: access to the equipments
Stage 2: Orienteering, 20-25 km
Map 1: 50,000 (compass edition) plus a fragment on a more accurate but older topo.
Transition Area B: access to the equipments
Stage 3: Kayak, 11-12 km
Entire stage on the lake, loop.
Transition Zone B: access to the equipments
Stage 4: Bike, 42-48 km Map 1: 50,000 plus an additional fragment on a more accurate, but older topo.

The distances are estimates for now and will still be specified along with the finalization of the route design.
The race begins with a coach departure to the start located in a place where the teams will know just before the start, and ends in Sławianowo.
Classification:
First, the number of collected points counts, and second, the time to complete the route. Reaching the finish line after the time limit (12 hours) means ranking at the end, regardless of the number of points collected. In order to be classified, you need to pass a minimum of 50% of the points on the entire route and at least one point from each stage of the rally (outside the transition zones).
